How long does my order take to ship?

Seed and other ready-to-order products will be shipped within 7 business days. Pre-ordered chrysanthemum cuttings will be shipped in Sept-Nov. Updates regarding shipping on chrysanthemum cuttings will be made available on my Instagram page.

Which states do you offer shipping to? 

I am based in Victoria. I can ship to anywhere in Australia except WA, NT and TAS. I do not post outside of Australia.

What is your refund policy? 

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact me and I will do my best to address your concern - you may be eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to promptly unpack live plants once delivered. It is also recommended that they are hardened off before planting out. Some yellowing of plants during transit is not unusual however all live plants will be sent via Express Post to minimise this.
